Sundance Construction Management, LLC is retained by clients to oversee and direct all phases of a building/construction project. While at the worksite, our role is to work closely with primary contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase of a project. We work to establish timelines and determine labor and material costs. In addition, we oversee that each person at the worksite holds the proper certification (as may be required by our client or by a governmental agency) and ensure that the safety protocols of our client are being followed.
